Just finished this workout, first thing in the morning! (Not in US ☺️) Alex just a quick question; would you be able to show in your next video what should be the length of the straps, I dont have the same reformer brand as yours and I'm not sure if I should adjust my straps ... 😘

I liked this session! It showed me that my tight side is stronger than my left ! My left arm is worse because I had a frozen shoulder years ago and never the same since then! Love to do most of your videos but some are too hard for my arms !

Hey , next month I’ll be starting Pilates workout and that would be my first time doing proper exercises I have never been to gym, I have only done home workouts mostly cardio , can you give me some tips as a beginner how many times a week I should go and duration plus also spring level.
