This standing Pilates reformer classes is focused on all muscle groups, and challenges your balance. This quick workout is based solely on exercises where you are standing on the floor or the reformer. This workout is great if you are looking for an all over workout while needing to work on balance.

does anyone know if the design of the foot plate is too narrow by purpose? i've look at a range of reformer machines (commercial/pro grade) and not many of them have a big enough foot plate to support the whole foot in the other direction (for movements such as at 8:03 )

I’m not quite sure for the reason why they’re so small. Balanced body does make a platform extenders, which are really nice.
