I have a 6.0 lq4 with 243s milled 20, valves have a back cut, 220r high lift cam. This is going into a lifted 2 door blazer that will be a road trip queen with decent off-roading and regular towing. To keep my power band low I should I should stick with the mid rise or maybe even a low without spacer?

Mid rise IMO should be fine for your application. Sounds like a cool build!

I think you are going to see a good amount of increase in pony power. the runners, & the ports should make a lot better flow. you'll probably see the new heads come to life a little more. Flow can be affordable power. Like trying to put a fire out with a straw or a hose. Volume & Flow. Get It In, & Get It Out.

Holley did weird shit when they did the midrise intake with port style at head. Never really cut the cathedral design into the flange iirc they was big enough to be close to head portion at top
