The hollow blocks in pulangbato cebu are made of diorites. Which are not so strong compared to limestones/dolomite (anapog) and sand. They easily crumpled when u hold them (depends on the mix ratio ofcourse). I have tried molding them myself and theyre only good for a few days. I dont recommend stocking this type of blocks for a week or months as u need to keep on watering them coz when its really dry they jist crumples like a polvoron. Been in this business for a year now and so far its profitable. Very informative video if ur interested on starting ur own hollow block business. 😊

How many 4inch hollow block can they make from a 50kg cement bag plus sand pls? What's molasses pls? Wow!!! Usually they make 50pcs of 6inch block from 50kg cement bag here in Nigeria but even then it's an underground deal cos the regulation calls for 35pcs per bag

Molasses is a form of sugar from sugar cane processing. Added to concrete it acts as a retarder to slow the hardening process and make it flow and form easier.

Richard Smith, Personally I prefer a stronger mix myself, but these blocks are made to a certain price point. It would be disingenuous not to show my viewers the amount of blocks per mix.

Sub standard ang size. The standard size of hollow block is 4x8x16. Pati quality ng sand may halong lupa. To much for 150 pcs per bag of cement.

They make different classes of hollowblocks po, 1/150 class C yan may 1/75 din sila, 1/45 but different prices, Hollowblocks are only forms naman talaga not load bearing dapat iyong cement mix at render mo class A
