I rarely train my abs, tried this for 30 seconds, and get instant muscle spasms afterwards lmao. Definitely need a warmup tutorial

Hi, I'm ensuring my back is locked to the ground but strain down my scalp, neck then upper traps engage after about 15 seconds into the beginners hold and I need to come out of it....what am I doing wrong please?
