On this channel, id like to start opening up and having honest conversations around body, health, fitness and nutrition. This has always been a channel to help women feel their best from home, so Id like to not only share my workouts, but also my lows with things such as body image.

You were the first trainer I found to be body positive and make home workouts fun and accessible. Your 30 day challenge literally changed my life. I have been working out consistently for six months now and I have loved it! Mind set is so important and not having a goal of looking a certain way or getting to a certain weight has helped me maintain my motivation and allowed me to keep going. I am stronger, more flexible, and I feel amazing! Thanks for all you do and for sharing!!!

Very much appreciate this narrative, Holly. Your sharing about gradually dropping away from mindset practices really hit home with me; as you spoke, I realized this is EXACTLY what I've been doing over the past year. As a result, I too have been obsessing about the most ridiculous things in regards to my appearance and body image---stuff which would never have occurred to me had I remained diligent about practicing my mindset principals....which are every bit as vital as proper movement and wholesome food. Thank you for reminding me of what I already knew, and pointing the way to a course correction. It is truly THE ticket.

It honestly makes me feel not so alone about the whole situation of needing to make sure i'm taking care of my mental health around body image. Means a lot coming from someone in fitness like you. Thank you for all you have done. I am a mother of 3 and got into some bad habits at the beginning of COVID. I found your Hooked (at that time, Pink Dragon) app at a really low point in my life and decided to try it. I feel like I have taken back control of my body. I workout almost everyday. I lost weight and got in better shape. I have had some set backs between a heart issue that required a pacemaker (way too young for that - 43yo) and 3 hernias, but I keep going. I listen to my body better. I did do some restrictive stuff with my diet over the years. Now I just try to keep things balanced. I am still working on the self-image thing, but that is something I think I will always be working on. I am better now than I have been. I do some of your workouts almost every morning and mix in some running. Keep it up and enjoy being a momma!

You have helped pulled me out of the darkest place I’ve been in life as a mom of 3 I never took time for myself, but your workouts make me feel so seen somehow and now I love myself for the first time ever. Ever since the pandemic, I had started gaining weight! But thanks to you Holly, I've lost so much weight and my body looks so beautiful now. And yes, my confidence has built up again, and I feel so much healthier and happier now. I've made healthier choices and changes in my life, and I feel great these days! So grateful to you for your help.

Thank you for sharing your story!! I’ve been following you for several years now. I used to compete and then had my daughter about six years ago. Since then, and my divorce, its been a struggle to find balance as a single mom. Im trying my best to be patient getting my pre baby body back but it’s been a struggle. Finding time is the biggest hurdle but Im getting there slowly. This helps give me insight and knowing Im not alone in the struggle. Thank you again!! Youre beautiful!!❤

I haven't watched your videos in a while because I had to change my routines due to minor injuries I had to deal with. But this popped up and I'm glad to have seen it, holistic health is so real. Very happy for you and I hope many continue to benefit from your sharing ❤

Holly u honestly changed my whole opinion on working out at home. I always was demotivated and felt the worst when working out, but ever since I found your channel I have learned to love working out and focus on ME and have felt more confident and happy with my body, even though I'm still not quite at my goal yet since I can even remember like honestly I can't remember the last time I just was so proud of myself happy each day with working out and um I actually look forward to working out because you honestly make me want to smile and workout even tho I'm dying it's a good kind of 'dying' aha- Thank you, Holly, for being so open with us and for sharing it makes us also see that we all go through struggles and not everything is as 'perfect' online as we might think- in the end, we can preserve and show our true strength through balance and care for our bodies - thank you for teaching me to love my body. You are absolutely right it is a temple and I should take the best care of it and not starve myself (I have been struggling with food issues and honestly now after I watched this video I want to be more kind to my body and eat enough without over restricting myself as I have been these past few days)

This was SUCH an important topic you broached today. Thank-you for being brave enough to talk about it. I've struggled with body image my entire life. Your workouts have helped me to "feel confident in my body and my mind" 5 mornings a week for the past 4 years. Of course, I have still had mental hang ups over my body. Everyone stumbles occasionally. I can still right myself and stay on track. You are an inspiration and a gift to the world, Holly. We can be strong outside and in!

Hi! im new to this channel. I saw your arm work out and it really burns and I love it. I looked at your page and I see this video. Before I found your channel, I was out of shape and weighed 256 lbs. One year and 6 months later, I changed my diet and found a workout routine that works for me and I'm now in the best shape of my life and down to 170 lbs.

@@HollyDolke And in regards to the topic of the video, I've always had a negative body image and body dysphoria, that resulted in setting ridiculous high standards for myself when compared to others. Over the last 20+ years, I've gone from bodybuilder physique, to powerlifter physique, to truck driver physique, to what I currently got now. There's nothing worse than not being comfortable in your own skin and it's still something I struggle with.

I admire these honest talks and can totally relate to what I'm struggling with now. I started exercising to build muscle, but I ended up becoming obsessed with macros, and then my period disappeared since March😪. I would love it if you could make a video sharing your experience with getting your period back🙏🏻🤍.

I've asked before but I don't know if my comments just get lost but I'd love some post partum schedule to follow for weight loss and toning up the wobbly bits ❤ videos like a plan to follow I've searched KZbin and I really think there's a gap for someone good to fill as not that impressed with what's out
