Love your standing workouts! So easy to do on my 15 minute work breaks in my office attire. I sneak away to the outdoor back porch where nobody will see me.😅

Great routine Holly! I love any All Standing routines these days as for my recent vitrectomy eye surgery recovery I must keep head elevated and not down to floor (mat) in order to avoid with any pressure to my head. Love this! Thank you ❤❤❤

I love Holly but every time I try to do some workouts (not just hers!), I strain my neck muscles. Any suggestion on how to resolve the problem?
