Kevin, I started doing this a month ago and I lost 8 lbs already!! - And I feel great! - Haven't tried anything crazy like you guys. Just dropped breakfast and I have 5 hours of eating. 12 noon till 5. I'm not even eating vegan. I still have a burger, or whatever, just in that time zone. I keep calories under 1200. Some days under 800. I can see it going even faster if I watch the KIND of food next. Thank you!

@@GentleImpressions i have the opposite problem, I have a pre-diabetic condition. Too much sugar. I let sugar go, but I got the shakes the first few months. It goes away. It's like going "cold turkey" with any addictive drug. You should ask a dietitian, and also a nutriologist, for some supplements. Take care
