Yesenia Garcia natural nails should be prep with a 220 or more grit. Gel can be filed down with a 180/150 grit. Acrylic with 150/100 or less since is harder

In my opinion it looks soooo much better when you use a glittery white or silver polish underneath. Then it’s super reflective and really catches the light.

Sama Jabber when I was starting out I would buy some cheap dollar store nail polish and experiment. You can also buy a clear top coat and experiment colouring your nails in with gel pens, markers, and sharpies, and put a clear top coat on top to keep it on. Also asking for nail products for Christmas and birthdays always helps!

Find some holo foil wrapping paper. Cut it into tiny pieces and use nailpolish to sorta glue it down. You would just need a top coat to do this. Finish with topping the entire thing with top coat. If you buy holo foil wrapping paper you get so much material! You can even split the cost with a friend or two.
