well it's really all subjective, but if we rate it from how loud and how high the pitch is, I'd say the best is either Okayu at 1:49 or Haachama at 2:50. I'll also mention Watame, I didn't expect her to scream like that, but damn, it was very rich, the loudness is a bit meh but the pitch is good, I also liked how abrupt it was and how there was a short crack that further increased the pitch You can also consider timbre and perhaps reverberation in rating but I'll leave it out for mine for simplicity
