As for a extremely huge Last of Us fan who absolutely loved both games Part 1 and 2 I find this trailer very promising and I simply just can't wait anymore for this show. "Take on Me" is from the 2nd game. This series is going to break a lot of peoples hearts 😥

Ashley Johnson (Ellie in the game) plays the mother of Ellie in the series. Troy Baker (Joel in the game) plays the henchman of David the Cannibal. Both can be seen in the trailer. Ashley holds Elli in her arms who has just been born. Troy is the guy to David's left in the men's group. Both are cameos, So only short roles but really great that they are there. And how poetic is it that Ashley will be Ellie's mother. The song "take on me" was sung in tlou2 by Ellie (Ashley Johnson) with guitar. Should probably trigger us fans here. Successful in my opinion.

If you have PS5 lying around that Part 1 Remake they released this year is such a beauty and perfect way to return to this game.

They have stated it is the 1st game, with added back story which was old hinted at in the game. WIth new some new characters who continue into the later part of the series. Since LOU 3 game is in drafting now, things may change in the end of this series :) from what we expect

TV show and movie reactions have proved difficult for us as we have a young daughter. We've tried recording several times, but we can never get through an entire episode. As she gets older we will hopefully be able to manage it. We did end up watching it though. Top notch show. We have played the game a few times. I think the show managed to actually do some of the big moments even better than the game did which was surprising with how good the game was.
