Good review 👍, I bought the full lume dial on the strap (horrible colour, but I dyed it black) the lume is very good, it shines like a torch at night. I find it is a great watch for outdoors and in the workshop, it is so slim it never gets in the way and is so light I forget I'm wearing it.

@@MyAffordableWatchCollection I'd never tried it before, but the strap was a weird pale peach colour and looked awful, so I tried some black leather dye on it and surprisingly it took really well and it looks much like your black strap now 👍

I have many watches from Aliexpress. They are similar to Sub, BB54, Speedmaster, Celebration and Explorer and I have absolutely no intention of wasting money buying the "real thing". The best thing is that, being quartz, they are more robust and MASSIVELY, more accurate. I could not be more pleased with my purchases and this Berny may well be my next purchase.

I have this watch with a sterile dial in titanium. I was initially drawn to the utilitarian Sinn design, and have been appreciating all the other pluses as you've mentioned. I like the hidden crown, and certainly can't beat the cost for titanium. Overall, it has quickly become a favorite. Thanks for the detailed review!

I got the black dial version without branding some months ago. For the price I cannot complain at all. The one point that makes it feel a bit cheap to me is that it is so lightweight. I bought it as a substitute for an Archimede watch that looks similar, but costs about 1000 EUR.

Broke my Seiko 5 Field watch (dropped too many times!) Got this as a placeholder until I can be bothered to spend proper money on a "real" watch! Looks great. Mecha-Quartz so I can be careless with it lol

I like the look of this watch but struggle with titanium which I find insubstantial. I bought the Berny SNK homage and whilst I appreciated it, it left me cold, mostly because I had an emotional connection to the SNK, and I’m not sure about homages that don’t cost much less than the original

Not having lume on the dial is a bummer for me. Watch being titanium watch with sapphire crystal is nice.

Field watches are a bit meh. The Berny watch I'm most excited about is the one with pointers instead of hands - it seems to be a unique design? although it might be an homage to a watch I've never heard of.

It is close to Seiko SNK803K than Sinn imho. Good option anyhow. I really like Sinn 556i look but I was able to try one and that crown sticking out from case digs soo much into my hand made me think about alternative.

At least they didn’t copy the crown. This watch looks good. I have two different Berny watches and the quality is good. But I also have the Sinn 556 A. And I can highly recommend to buy the original. The lume is not really good but the build quality and the ar coating will blow you away. 🕐⚙️🍸

To be very honest, I don't like it. The watch look flimsy, the bracelet looks very cheap. I know its a quartz and you don't need the crown to wind the watch. But the tiny little crown looks wrong to me.
