I am glad magarine is used for this cake. I have been devastated recently to learn that I have a milk and dairy allergy. I will have to come up with a dairy free icing option. I am the kind of person who can literally eat a teaspoon of plain butter because I love the taste of it, so this will be a big challenge for me.

Sorry to hear that Laura that is difficult especially when you are a butter lover but am sure you will smash it. The cake you could make an coffee glaze with icing sugar and coffee disolved in warm water and swirl it over the top. Take care x
