Question: When did you have to go to the hospital for “baby check ups” (e.g., hearing check, etc)? How soon after birth?

Good question! It was different both times. With my daughter (first home birth) we had an appointment at the hospital about two days later for the new baby check. With my son (second home birth) they came to us at home the day after he was born.
