I used reusable pads and pants after my little one was born and they were perfect. So many people advise big baggy pants and honestly I can’t imagine anything worse? I wanted nice snug fitting pants that felt secure and not like they were going to bunch up inside of anywhere!

This was helpful thanks as I'm due in february with my first and starting to think about my hospital bag. I've got wuka pants for when I'm at home but I admit I've bought disposable pads for in hospital for ease. I've been trying to decide whether or not to get a tens machine I do keep hearing positive things about them I think it might be well worth the cost.

I think a mixed approach with some disposable and some reusable is really wise! Especially when it's your first baby ❤️ definitely recommend a tens machine! I was so torn first time over whether to spend the money but it was worth it. If you find one secondhand then it will have decent resale value too so probably much less to lose
