Thanks SaudaGhar for this very informative video. You have nicely pointed out the practicalities to watch out for before commiting to purchase. One foot difference in ceiling height makes few hundred square feet difference considering all walls in a house. The Developer always outsmarts the purchaser.

There are going to be series of flyovers and underpasses on Nagar road till shikrapur since both innner and outer ring roads are crisscrossing it. But, they’re are no timelines yet. Minimum 5 years from now.

Same thing happened with us in yash.. en.. while seeing sample flat they told us we have 2 kitchen options L shape and parallel but that time they did not talk about extra charges for changing option. Later we told that we need to change the layout from L to parallel since we wanted to change the kitchen entry and wanted to close that serving window then they charged us under customazistion sake. Not sure this is correct or wrong but Im just sharing my experience here.

Could you please make a dedicated video on upcoming Punawale waste depot and it's impacts on population living around it like Wakad, tathawade, marungi, life republic, Hinjewadi, etc. we know PCMC will pitch advanced tech in handling this depot but we all know how these things are operated in India. There is no strong law or system which will make sure that this depot will run as promised always and we will see same picture as other horrible depots

I think in such cases many a times it's the fault of salesman and not of d builder. Salesman doesn't take effort to understand minute details of d project and is always in a hurry to sale d flat and achieve his sales target by giving inadequate and incorrect information about d layout.

Niraj Ji, Having a low-height flat isn't a problem, but misrepresenting or exaggerating its height during sales is misleading. Similarly, if the gap between buildings is minimal, it's essential to provide accurate information. What's wrong is misguiding buyers. When the information is honest, buyers won't feel cheated.
