Just a request, Could you please review Pinnacle Neelanchal phase 2 Work progress and it seems very slow and all buyers are in serious trouble as builder keep on delaying position date. And dishonoured there own commitment everytime. Also they are not updating proper details on reara. Agreement Possession date was from DEC22 to DEC23, however in rera it shows DEC26. Could you please advice what should we do?

The demand for buying flats will become too high and the availability of such ready to move flats will be too less.The flat that costs you 1cr today will cost you around 3-4 cr. Its simple economics.Also flat is not like biscuit or mixture on the shelf of a supermarket, its a completely different logic when it comes to real estate.

@@rocket.Singh. This will lead to low supply in market and property prices will boom like anything. Bangalore and Hyderabad is classic example of demand and supply mismatch. Pune’s property prices are still affordable as Compared to other IT hubs. And it’s only because of sufficient or sometimes even over supply of flats in Pune.
