I got posession of my apartment recently. I could observe deviation in sizes of room, living, balcony etc. For example, room which was supposed to be 10*10 as per blue print on Rera, actual size is 9.10*9.10. There are such gaps in each area. I raised this with Developer, in their response they state that dimensions are measured unfinished wall to unfinished wall. Hence you are experiencing this difference. Can you help on this if builder is correct? Please cover this in your next Q&A session. Really appreciate your work and look forward for videos. Hi sir, I am the winner of Mhada lottery. My developer demanding below amount on agreement cost. 1.Stamp duty-7% 2. Registration charges:1% 3. GST-1% (Building is ready to move and OC also received for same wing.) Other Charges. 1.Infra charges:150000rs 2.Society formation:21000rs 3.2years maintenance:48000rs 4.Convinced deed: 25000rs 5. Legal charges: 20000rs My developer demanding GST+ some % Infra charges+Convince deed and legal charges in cash. Is this valid to pay this big amount in cash and what is the base for calculation of Infra charges and convince deed?
