Try to use a wider grip in push ups. That will engage more of your chest rather than your triceps

hey Chris! i did this workout routine just 1 round. i put everything with each forms and each reps. and i got more pumped than what i always did. i do normal push ups 20 x 4~5 every time but this 10 min worth more than that. i still cannot believe it.. you have shortened my wasting time. thank you very much..

With 2020's quarantine, I started calisthenics at home following Chris Heria's exercise menus, mainly for push-ups and pull-ups. I am and have always been a skinny hard gainer, but after several months of small but consistent progress, I'm now on "level 8" of push ups (reference to the lvl 1-10 video), and in 6 months, I've unlocked the front lever, right before Christmas! I also happen to have type 1 diabetes, and the amount of insulin I need now is lower, and my blood sugar has also been overall under better control. So, despite the rough year it was, I gotta say: Thanks, Chris! Now, towards my next goals: full planche, muscle-up, and handstand push-up!
