This workout is super effective! Watch till the end! Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t get a solid workout in a short amount of time! Most people working out in the gym waste mad time in between reps, walking to the water fountain, talking to their friends, or just sitting there on their phone! Remember it’s not how long you’re spending in the gym, it’s how HARD you’re training in the gym, or even right from home! Thanks for watching!

Big thank you Chris. This workout is amazing and so effective for me. I’ll add that I had to use multiple levels of elevation at first to progress to the floor. I’m 6ft and started with a table about the height of my waist and then moved to an ottoman and after a few months made it to the floor. My chest has never felt such a pump. I mix this up every few weeks with a free weight or dumbbell session to keep shocking my body like you always suggest.

1 week ago I decided to start this workout along with other pull up, dip and handstand routines. My goal is to practice over a year and understand the basics of calisthenics, see you in 2025 to see the results. Lets goo to the next level 💪💪💪
hey guys i’m a 15 year old and i am trying to bulk. so i will be trying to update this every few days when i do this workout to track my progress and to help motivate you guys by sharing my struggles. Day 1: i really struggled doing the workout. i had to stop a lot onwards from the 2nd one. i really struggles with the type writer pushups but i managed to try my best. it’s hard to lean in on one side so i just tried to go as far as i could. but i got up to the switching diamond and normal pushups and i done like 4 and i stopped as my arms and chest gave up and they really started cramping. i stopped there. Day 2: i woke up and i only felt about 15% sore not much and i didn’t like the feeling. i wanted to feel more sore so i decided to go ahead with this workout. i still struggled with the type writer pushups which means i need more strength in each arm to support my weight. i done a few diamond to normal pushups but my arms did give up a few times throughout the workout but i tried to keep my form good. now my triceps are cramping up and my arms gave up so i couldn’t do more. i really did start to sweat after the 3rd push-up.

Hey Chris, I just wanted to thank you for all your amazing workouts! I've been training with your videos for about half a year now and it is the first time I'm actually seeing progress with a training program. Today was a big step for me, since for the first time I bought a shirt, which was not extra slim/skinny fit, but only slim fit. For someone who has been super skinny all their life, this means a lot! I'll keep following your videos and working out! Thank you!

Yo, I've ran into your page through Boo Johnson a while ago and been getting back into actively working out daily through last month or so. Being in a pretty alright form I got your abs routine back pretty easily and decided to try working on my chest a bit more and man...these are INSANE. Did a bit of those and my body can't even comprehend other parts. Will get there eventually, I guess...

i don’t know why you care if someone clicked dislike on a video; people are allowed to click it if they want. it shouldn’t affect the owner of the video and it certainly shouldn’t affect people watching .. just watch the vid
