For the work I think 699k might be a little bit too high ... However 589 to 600 k might be a little more doable. Especially knowing it might be an Air BNB block.

The good thing about this home the individual can do a lot of the work themselves, give $550-600 and invest another $150-200,000 you would have a really nice home. Don’t like the air-bnb thing never know from week to week who or what will be living beside you but for the consumer it has its advantages.

I like how the neighbors seem to stay in their lane as far as street parking goes, no parking their rubbish ass cars RIGHT IN FRONT of YOUR HOUSE!!! And by that I mean PARK and LITERALLY ABANDON for weeks and months. Dare you say anything, retaliation follows!!!
