The 1st living area seems so isolated from the kitchen but it can work. Defined nook. That water is a no for me. Need my pool and fence. Would extend the lanai and cover. Large loft. Good size guest bedrooms. Bathroom unique with that gap between the toilet & sink. They should’ve extended and had 2 sinks and storage cabinets. Nice size primary. Basic En-suite a little small. Ditch the tub and have a bigger shower and linen closet. Clothing closet ok. Idk Marlon. Think $649k high. This home is nice but basic and 1st floor layout is meh. Has potential for someone.
