Our pastor was talking about what kind of worship music he likes the most, and he said “the kind that points to God, not to us” with his example being “How Great Thou Art” for the sort that gives the glory to God. It’s a classic for a reason.

This song always makes me wish Adam would sing more often, he's got such a lovely voice. He does sing harmonies when they do songs without beatboxing but rarely solos. I only can think of one other song he sings solo in, and it's even briefer than this one. But I guess he prefers doing his awesome beatboxing thing. That bass coming in at the end is my favorite part, I always like seeing people be surprised by that.

I had a soloist sing "It is Well with My Soul" at my son's funeral. I cry everytime I hear even a small part of it. Read up on the writer of that song who wrote it after he lost his wife and children.... By the way - we also sang How Great Thou Art. Praise the Lord!

This is truly Beautiful, their harmonies, the song itself and of course Gods majestic scenery !!! This was filmed in the Austrian Alps when they were invited to sing in an acapella festival. They took one look at Gods work and called their video team . We are graced with this wonder to listen to everyday.

This is a magnificent hymn. The video is masterfully crafted. More than just listening to their voices watching it and listening to the lyrics the mountain setting was absolutely perfect for the song. Their heartfelt gentle genuine delivery was masterful. You've become one of my favorite Home Free reactors. I love that you recognize & appreciate each part & understand just how talented these guys are. They have some of the tightest harmonies I've ever heard, & this song really showcases it. The last chord alone is worth the price of admission. Since you loved this one, please check out their version (with Peter Hollens) of Amazing Grace. It really lets each guy shine & of course is a beautiful song. And since there's no beatboxing for obvious reasons, Adam is harmonizing again. Their other ones I recommend for lots of great harmonies are My Church (one of my favorites!) & Seven Bridges Road (which is one of their older ones, with Chris instead of Chance). Oh, & Elvira (with The Oakridge Boys).

Brother, I saw it on your face, it took you to Church ! This was also a stunning video visually too. It was filmed in Austria in the Alps Mountain Range. And yes Adam was singing no beatboxing so you got to hear him sing a little (he has a great voice too), but to me the best voice in this is Rob's....he just has that beautiful tenor & he sings it so sweetly & beautiful....it brings you into the Prescence of the Lord. I listen to this every morning before I get out of bed & commune with God for a few...it starts the day off right. I have ordered it in my Will that this be sung at my memorial service !

This is what Home Free does! They make you FEEL something every single song! I'm never just "meh, it's ok." Of course having 5 men who can sing in the tenor range and 2 solid basses, it just gives them a versatility that very few groups can cover. I loved that this song gave you a few zingers where the power of the song and the harmonies hit you. I've watched this video well I've 100 times and every time I get goosebumps and most times my eyes well up with tears. Great reaction! This has been my favorite hymn of all time, this was my dad's favorite sadly he passed six years ago, I am a "new fry" my sister had me listen to them a year ago.
