You're correct that all of the audio from this album is new. Even in the songs where the arrangements are similar to previous versions, they've re-recorded all of the parts and added in some new touches.

You asked why a re-resording might not include Filharmonic - Filharmonic might have disbanded, Filharmonic might have been too busy, Filharmonic might have just been against a collab, or HF might have just wanted to do it themselves. However, none of those things were the case. In particular both bands recognized that the original collab was a shining moment for both bands.

This has the be a whole new version because there are too many differences in the 2 performances. I also think Bye, Bye, Bye was re-recorded because there were differences in the 2 versions. Idk this for a fact tho 😊
