Home Made Protein Bars
Dry Ingredients
Oat Meal 2 cups
Whey Protein 1 cup
Almonds or Peanuts 1/4 cup
Cranberries or Raisins 1/4 cup
Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon
Wet Ingredients
Peanut Butter 1/4 cup
Agave Nector or Honey Unpasteurized 1/4 cup
Almond Milk or Soy Milk 1/4 cup
Crush Apples or Apple Sauce 1/4 cup
Dark Chocolate Chips 70% 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon
1, Mix all Dry ingredients together
2, Mix all wet ingredients together
3, Microwave wet ingredients for 30 seconds
4, Pour wet & dry ingredients together & mix well
5, Pour into a Ziplock bag Mold flat with your hands & refrigerate over night to let the oats obsorb the juices
Cut to desired size & ready to eat
