@@tamifromvirginia4046 Problem is he doesn't have any credentials in nutrition so you should take everything he says with a grain of salt. He does offer some good advice but some of the stuff he says is very misleading and yes it could be dangerous for some people. Example: He claims coconut sugar is a healthy alternatives to cane sugar just because it is "natural" when in reality the body doesn't differentiate between different types of sugar. Sugar is sugar and insulin response will be the same.

@@crystalclear7512 I think you are here to cause problems truthfully, why don't you start your own channel if you look at those details. Bobby gives out free information and you can take what you want and leave the rest. Overall, what Bobby says is true, he has made so many people look at the food labels so much more carefully than ever before. I now look at all ingredients and try to avoid anything high in sugar no matter what source. If you oppose of people trying to eat healthy that is your choice but calling Bobby dangerous and a menace is ridiculous. Why don't you go to those channels where people are gorging on sugar ladened, greasy foods and give your opinion. We are here to learn something not hear your fear mongering. Please don’t feel guilty about eating ANY of the bars that Bobby says are “bad.” As a registered dietitian we teach that granola bars are an excellent way to feel full and satisfied between meals (especially in combination with a fruit or vegetable!) especially if you are in a pinch for time. They can be helpful tools to prevent you from over eating or reaching for calorie dense foods at meals, especially when you have long intervals between your meals. If you are starving and all you have is a granola bar that is not “Bobby approved” please eat the granola bar…your body will thank you! Additional granola bars I frequently recommend include: Lara bars, Skout bars, Talty Bars, Madegood bars, Epic bars, KIND bars and Perfect bars (for more of a “meal”)

If I ate a granola bar I'd be sick as a dog. People need to follow the dietary advice of their physician because one size fits all doesn't work for nutrition. Taking advice from internet randoms (including FlavCity) is a not so tasty recipe for disaster.

Then what you teach is b.s if someone can’t wait the intervals between their meals without eating then their blood sugar is wack and by adding that bar between the meals while blood sugar is trying to stabilize its gonna go up and crash again

What are “natural flavors” exactly?
@NK-vw4ms10 ай бұрын
This guys a FEAR MONGER salesmen. The ENTIRE point of a protein bar is quick convenient snack to hit your protein diet. It should make up less than 10% of your otherwise healthy diet. There is no need to pay extra and worry ab all the tiny little additives because it is only one bar, not your entire days diet. Just get whatever tastes good and is cheap and has at least 20G protein and not crazy high on the sugar. If the rest of your diet is fine you don’t need to worry ab optimizing a meager 200 calories of your entire diet. Half of these “healthy bars” have like 8G of protein hahahah

A few things... Red palm oil is actually less refiled palm oil so it *might contain more nutrients - but the source of oils does not matter when its within such unhealthy process food... GMO is better for the environment - "non-GMO" uses more water to grow less, and vastly more pesticides. 10g of protein is a waste of time - You could get the same amount eating a basic cheese stick - which is arguably healthier to any of these he suggested. Essentially just get something with low sugar (or keto) and you'll be perfectly fine, and probably better off.
