What I propose today is not the original recipe of the Romagna piadina, but my reinterpretation. I got the dough using four simple ingredients and instead of lard I put extra virgin olive oil. Yeast? No thanks, I avoided that too, but the result was really satisfying! I am proud of myself because I came up with some really sensational homemade wraps!

06:45 Cook the green beans in boiling salted water
07:53 Cut the courgettes into thin slices lengthwise, the pepper into strips and the red onion into thick slices and collect everything in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Raise the green beans when cooked and immediately pour them into cold water
10:15 Grease the BBQ grill with a little oil and roast the vegetables. When ready, collect them in a bowl and season them with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
11:30 Grate some tomatoes to get only the pulp and season it with a grated garlic clove, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and a few leaves of mint
13:44 Cut the piadina dough into small pieces and roll them out with a rolling pin making them thin. Grease the refractory stone and cook the piadina. When it's leopard-print on both sides, pull it off
16:34 For the salad, cut a carrot and a courgette with a potato peeler to obtain sheets and a sliced radish, season with salt and extra virgin olive oil
17:42 Cut the piadina into 4 wedges, place the first wedge on the bottom of the plate and stuff with beef carpaccio, salt, seasoned tomato pulp, green beans and grilled vegetables. Cover with another wedge and repeat everything to form a second stuffed layer. Drizzle with abundant oil and serve this wonder on the table!
