Hi Kim, Thank you for another wonderful class . A question for you.....with the abdominal exercises when you're lying down, would you engage your core muscles for the whole sequence then rest them in between? For example would you engage it for the one leg to tabletop sequence then rest them at the end of that and engage them again for the next sequence? I've been doing these exercises for a while now so I can do that without too much effort but just checking that that is what were aiming for. I hope hat makes sense, cheers, Alex

Hey Alex, yes you’re right! In short that’s exactly what you should be trying to do. I’m glad you can now do it.
