Thank you for making such a useful video on constipation, ❤as I have faced severe constipation in the past. I made my notes to avoid constipation in the future. The following things should be kept in mind to avoid constipation: 1: Fibre: Fibre intak is very important to reduce constipation, like barran oats, Fruits with edible skin like apples, peaches, etc., vegetables like carrots, and nuts like chia seeds, before going to bed or early in the morning. 2: water: 10 glasses of water per day in summer. Urine should not be yellow; it should be between yellow and white (light yellow). Water distribution: 4 glasses in the morning, 4 glasses in the evening, and 4 glasses at night 3: Position: Right angle to pass the stool; a 90-degree angle while using cammode is not good. Desi toilets are best 😅
