Hii mam In this video you told us clear fluid diet and it's calories value is 300 kcal and while you are solving a question then you tick on 300 calories so what is the correct ans.300kcal or 300 calories

Mam, in norml diet slide u kept 45gm of protein . But at the end slide u kept it is 25 gm of protein which one is correct mam
