Great information and explanation on just how much work it takes to beat or become the top 1%. Why not use dynamic insertion for location?
@GuaranteedPPC2 ай бұрын
It's better than nothing, but it's also very unpredictable. You will do much better by adding the locations manually, one reason being that different cities have different character lengths, so the AD should tweaked to fit the city name in each time.

Awesome video and advice! Thank you so much!! I am curious on your thoughts of the most important Sitelinks and Callouts to make sure to include? If you have a video already about this, happy to check it out. Thank you!!
@GuaranteedPPCАй бұрын
Are you referring to the best sitelinks/callouts for home service companies exclusively? If so, saying something about 1) warranties 2) financing 3) guarantees 4) service area 5) pricing would be the top 5 points to mention there.

I just found you, and you have all the answers. Thank you. I am running 2 ads to 2 LPs, (only for about 2 wks, I know it's still early) one for septic tank pumping, and the other for septic tank service. Google seems to like the services ad vs the pumping ad. So far all of my leads have come from services and none from pumping, and the pumping ad is bleeding me dry. Do I shut it off?
@GuaranteedPPC2 ай бұрын
I would have to see your account to know for sure, but I am 90% sure the pumping searches have a much lower quality of traffic as people who search that way are looking for information. So to answer your question "do I shut it off"? I would for now, until you cannot make any more money with the service leads, and/but you still want to grow... at that point, I would turn back on your pumping campaign, and keep it at a super low budget until it eventually works a few months down the road. I would also want to setup lead scoring for that pumping campaign + offline conversion tracking in order to get the right people coming in.

Thanks for the video, very informative! What budget & bidding do you recommend for plumbing (for example) in the US? Do you go with portfolio bidding across location specific campaigns?
@GuaranteedPPC3 ай бұрын
Depends on how big of an area (geographically) you're targeting for your starting budget really. I will start with manual bidding until I have at least 30 conversions built up in my account, then switch to 'Maximize Conversions' bidding strategy then. You can use portfolio bidding if you want. In plumbing, I always like to start out with the 2 following category of terms the most, as there the most consistent, and happen to be your bread and butter: 1) 'near me' terms ie. "Plumbers Near Me" etc. (this one as conversion rates are 50%+) 2) Drain terms, "Drain opening services", "drain opening dallas" etc. (this one because it brings in consistently good leads/jobs.) beyond this, I am going after all the specific fix terms, "hot water heater repair" etc. before I touch the general "plumbing services" type of terms as I want to know what kind of leads I am getting from the start. Setup lead scoring + offline conversion tracking, and your profits will be through the roof. If you have any questions about this, let me know. We already spent millions doing Ads in the plumbing space already.

@@GuaranteedPPC Thank you for a quick reply! How to proceed with offline conversions if a client doesn't provide any access to their backend data/crm integration?

Do you recommend this strategy for window replacement and roof replacement industry
@GuaranteedPPC3 ай бұрын
Yes, both. In fact, it's even more important to use there as it's super competitive to break into (especially windows).

Do you use phrase match and exact match only? Seems like I don't get enough impressions when I try this... I'm running ads for epoxy flooring and I am splitting the campaigns up for specific services (so a campaign for garage epoxy, basement epoxy, commercial etc)... would love your input, thanks!
@GuaranteedPPC4 ай бұрын
I already ran a campaign for that exact service before. Cost per lead should be around $65 for solid leads. You can get enough searches if you give it some time, and let Google itself scale up your ADs. That, and have a campaign and landing page that Google actually wants to promote a lot (higher than average CTR, higher than average Conversion Rates). To get this, we would target a few hundred keywords, all with their own unique ads+landing pages to make that work. We create unique campaigns/landing pages for each major city as well (not just one campaign for the entire metro area). No matter how good your ADs/Landing pages are, it will take a few months for Google to really scale up your ADs still. Put the right Ads that beat all your competition though, it only a matter of time before Google really sees what you got. This niche is a niche it also really helps if you have a lot of photos, awards, etc. as people who want this done want to see you have a lot of experience. If you want to buy our premade Ad + landing page template for this, let me know.
