I think it was about four, maybe five years ago they discontinued it, so they are likely really hard to find now. It was already an issue when I got mine. If you are lucky you might be able to find some of the discontinued colours here and there. Aside for a handful of colours, most of the discontinued colours are quite like the remaining colours.

When I re d my smaller set I didnt like the placement of the colors and I had to rearrange them to help my art eye feel more stable...lol...its funny if my colors arent in my order I feel like chaos is raging in my tins.. your color combinations....many flow well together on your paper.....mikelle art mom🎨✍👩‍🎨hoping financially smiles more your way in the coming days...

Yea I get you with the colour order! I sometimes just throw what I have been using back in the tins in random order because I don't have time or feel like putting them in neatly. Next time I open the tin, I always end up sorting them because it looks like a rainbow puked in there. :D The finances will be ok next month onwards. It is so typical that all big expenses hit at once. :D

Wow, I didn’t know there was a huge limited edition set! It sucks that they discontinued a bunch of them, including phthalo blue! I have two of those and a few other random discontinued colours. You’re right in that they seem to last forever. 😂

It is a shame they did not continue this big set. Although, when I look at the colours that has been discontinued, for the vast majority of them, there are very similar colours still on the marked. I think they should have kept the two beige nuances and the greys they discontinued, but that is not so. The metallicx they have discontinued I can understand they left behind. They tend to crack over time and they are hard to use.

Hi im rewatching some of your videos im ordering the bigger set cause dickblick has them on sale .....theres only 84 but i wish i couldve have gotten hold of the 120 set you have...lol ive realized hiw much ive been using mine....i think as im having issues with my arthritis in my arm and hand the smoothness of neicolor2 is helping with holding them and kinda rehapping building up my strength again in my arm....mikelle art mom...👩‍🎨🎨✍

I know there are only 84 colours now in the neo2 line. To be honnest, other than the metallics, most of the discontinued colours was close to many of the remaining colours, so you are really not missing out on all that much. :) I hope you enjoy them.
