Home sweet home for the aged

Hong Kong is ageing fast. By 2041, one in three will be above 65 years old. At present the city is already struggling with a serious shortage of care facilities and manpower.
The concept of “ageing at home” is popular in many countries but in Hong Kong, the idea has been slow to take root. In this month's Hong Kong enquirer we look at whether “ageing at home” is feasible for one of the world’s most unequal societies.
