Actually ₹30L is upper side...Home owner has told that including four side compound walls and all inclusive, he finished within 30L. No doubt, it is a classic example for Affordable construction, thanks to the team effort of the House Owner and The Architect, who has a unique habbit of freezing the cost at the launch itself.
