I think that mainly to show people that jkd prepares you for combat in all situations, no matter what one is wearing. The JKD school near me trains in whatever street clothes you want to wear.

Brother, this is Wing Chun. What you're practicing with that Chan sao on the fist drill (black Jacket) is feeding cross energy. I don't come from a place of discrediting your knowledge or critiquing your skill set as I understand you're trying to inform, but Jeet Kune Do attacks from center, to the targets center. You should always be thinking Hit. A lot of these movements are passive. I'm only mentioning this to raise awareness of What Bruce taught as a martial art and not JKD concepts adopted into Wing Chun and Kalli. What you're doing is fine. It's not jkd though.

Once again I enjoyed that technique that you did with JKD and you are 100% right you have to have mind body and soul to become part of the art I've been practicing JKD for like 2 years and I got a real understanding of it now since I've been watching your video and practicing some techniques that you demonstrate my name is Larry I'm from Chicago Illinois I am definitely a true follower of you thank you so much for putting the videos out I appreciate it

This is just my opinion of course but for me personally i find it easier to express myself through a more regimented and closed curriculum because the reason why i have chosen that particular martial art is because the movements i perform express specifically what i want to express from an emotional point of view. Some people require hard, linear, disciplined aggressive styles. Some require soft circular slow styles with specific forms. I don't think freedom of expression is unique to JKD, it's just the philosophy behind is spoken about much more.

At first it is wing chun but not properly realized due to the position and angle of view.... and the synchonization of breathing is your problem.... as for the "pendulum" it is far from being fast as your title would like to indicate!
