Since you asked, i definitely preferred the previous chairs. They were so luxurious and unique and created a cohesive look in the space. These rattan chairs are so heavily duped that they've become cheap looking. And now the light fixture looks out of place as well. But, love you and your man!

Hello Tamara! I am a cardiac OR nurse for over 20 years and I always see sternum at work. Protruding sternum is Pectus Excavatum. You look great!!! Don't worry about other people say! I usually refrain from offering my unsolicited opinion. but since you started the conversation about your immune system and white sugar, I’ll take some time to contribute as a healthcare professional specifically practising in the field of clinical nutrition:) I want to gently remind your audience that while i believe Tamara’s personal experience about how she felt while consuming a diet low in white sugar, this remains anecdotal evidence. Our brain and red blood cells preferred source of fuel/energy is sugar i.e. glucose/carbohydrates and it can be very dangerous to eat a diet low in sugar for an extended period of time. So while it’s a lovely challenge to temporary decrease added “white” sugar consumption (note: white sugar is not inherently bad, and the body metabolizes white sugar, brown sugar, syrups, etc all the same!) , I hope everyone continues to eat plenty of fruits and doesn’t begin to fear sugar :) lots of love and hugs xo

The thing is that many of us are struggling with sugar addiction and find tremendous benefits by cutting it out completely. Otherwise we stay hooked and fall in to uncontrollable and unhealthy habits. The addiction takes over. For me, it has been absolutely miraculous to cut out sugar completely. I have gone through total reversals of painful inflammatory conditions… my mood is better, cognitive function is improved, and I don’t get sick anymore. There’s actually a lot to it ❤

It's my second day whiteout white sugar ✌️ I know that sugar is connected with inflammatory proces in the body but I was really opsesed with chocolate. I realize that it was an adicition for me. One year ago I also quit coffee.Now I drink once in a while and I feel fantastic bc I no longer adicted and I sleep better!

I hope you see my comment. Have you been screened for Marfan syndrome? My husband in his 50s went for cataract surgery and discovered that he had what they call sublux lenses, then because of his flat feet, tall and lanky statue since childhood and lung issues, scoliosis and chest bone deformity got asked if he had Marfan syndrome. The one thing which that led to was getting his aorta checked because that is the ticking time bomb in people with Marfan syndrome. Luckily his was fine but he has to get checked every few years. My mom has some of the same symptoms, and never got checked. She all of a sudden lost vision in one of her eyes…luckily again was rushed into emergency surgery. Same thing happened with the other eye and got it saved through surgery. She’s was tall and beautiful until her 60s when she started having major skeletal issues, feet, knees, spine, hips. She also dealt with asthma in her younger days. All this to say, maybe you should get screened. You’re beautiful and everyone has deformities or imperfections, and thank you for showing young people that there’s nothing wrong with them. 😘

Okay, first off, your body is incredible. People loooove to find something. Also teeth grinding can be related to parasites! I know it sounds gross but I had mysterious teeth grinding for ages and supporting my gut fixed it :) You can go to a naturopath and get a gut panel done to see.

Dear Tamara, everything you talked about can be part of Ehler Danlos Syndrome - genetic hyper mobility syndrome (not trying to diagnose over internet, but I have it and this all is so familiar). So your sternum, ribs, flat feet, bruxism, stretch marks not related to pregnancy or major weight change - all could be classic symptoms. Also typical for EDS is digestive issues, joint paint. Basically it means that body makes faulty collagen. If you have it, you might need to take extra care of your body. Best wishes

Pectus carinatum or a protruding sternum is a rare & causes the chest & ribs to protrude outward bc a deformity of the chest wall. Yours is minimal. No worries. :)

Tamara's content is actually good but upstaged by these constant Hermes purchases - that are tedious and pointless. The bags are too similar, too expensive, they lack the creativity necessary for true fashion expression. They are simply items that appear these days as trend luxury swag for those who lack imaginative creative flair and suffer from on some level low self esteem.

Grinding your teeth isn’t unusual especially at your age and with all that you have going on (fashion weeks-wedding etc) I would be surprised if you weren’t grinding your teeth. Have your dentist make a night guard. My poodle grinds her teeth and she doesn’t have nearly the stress you have 🐩. On another note, sometimes people can be cruel and unkind, and I hate to say it, but woman can be terribly unkind especially towards an attractive, confident woman who has the life you have. Keep being you. hold your head high and walk with grace as you always do.
