I am always battling against soul sadness, to a certain extent I think it is the human condition. So these moments of not being landlocked are so precious and prove to me that there is something outside the human condition- something it is worth trying to tap into, and no matter how fleeting, they always enhance my life on Earth. Thank you Tara, from here in the UK, for being a part of my journey xxxx

Soul sadness is not the human condition. You may benefit from learning to cultivate more positive emotions & savoring/staying in them. Do things that bring out those emotions, learn what they are (see Brenee Brown. There are even -physical positions that bring you down or bring you up, neurologically, you can teach your brain what to focus on by experiencing it more-such as with a regular gratitude practice. Or you may even consider antidepressants. I was like you much of my life. It is not necessary, or fun. Good luck!

I am sure you mean well, but… This sounds a little bit “spiritual bypassy” and superior. We are not here to judge others’ life experiences or prescribe remedies. We are here to listen and learn. People may have had experiences with which you yourself are completely unfamiliar. What has worked for you is not the universal solution. Compassion and respect for others and their experiences and process, is. May we each find our own way through the labyrinth to liberation. 💜🙇♀️Namaste
