Without curd and mustard seeds itself this recipe will be good. I am from kancheepuram ma'am I always follow your dishes it's nice. Curd is not added n mustard seeds..can grind together itself

u will never get the taste of temple idly taste since its must done with Manthare ellai, in Kudal, u can.just say it is kanchipuram idly, but u cant beat the orginal preparation. Moreover rice and uluthu can be grind in shop where we grind for arisi uppama, sambar rasa podi in kgs, in that curd must be added and allow it to fermatation for 8 hours.
