Joe is teaching Parker so many life lessons.he will grow up to be a kind ,. wonderful , intelligent, independent man, who is a great fisherman and hard worker. I love that you let Parker drive. When you raise responsible kids, you can trust them not to drive without your permission. I let my kids and grandkids drive from a very early age. All of them are responsible drivers. What great fun for Parker along with the memories! Love both places too! 👍

I wanted to warn you about your shelter logic. We had goats in a wooden building. We put a tarp on it about three fourths down where the opening was. (to block the wind) We came home from work one afternoon and our boy goat was dead. He had got his horns caught in the tarp and hung himself. It was horrible. We bawled our heads off. I just wish someone would have warned us. We really love you guys and we're so happy for your new home. We look forward to the weekend so we can watch your family. ❤

Hello, I love watching your channel! The old cabin is looking great! I wanted to make a comment \ suggestion . I had a guest bedroom for some time and it only got used a few times a year so I turned it into a playroom for my grandchildren. Now that room is being used and enjoyed all the time. I love your extra guest bedroom in your main cabin but if you find it’s not being used much you may consider putting the bed and decor out in the guest cabin and then turning that bedroom into a multi purpose room. You could put your old table and chairs in there and set up an area for your home schooling supplies and for doing crafts and playing games. You could turn a corner into your office. You could put shelves in the closet and turn it into a pantry. So many different uses. And if you do have guests and they would prefer to stay in the house rather than the guest cabin you could just move some things and put the bed back up for a week end. My point is use and enjoy the room. 😊 Sending good vibes from Indiana

OH YEA : ) Those Cornbread Muffins LOOK Fantastic!! I use BOB'S RED MILL Organic Stone ground Cornmeal. The Recipe on the back is GREAT! It calls for Buttermilk; Which I certainly useed & they are hard to STOP Eating!! You CAN'T eat just one piece or one muffin.

I have watched you guys since the move from Virginia to Alaska. I look so forward to your videos (usually on Sunday's). I love your entire family! And that P is growing up fast. Loved his excitement over the cookie dough batter bowl! He's something else! I'd love to get to see Alaska again someday. I went in 2007 and didn't want to come back. Took 2 week vacation there. Did an independent tour but that state is so big it would literally take longer than 2 weeks to see it all. Caught a big 120 lb halibut and OMG I was so happy. Had it flown back home. I took my shelter logic and put the boxes inside for the goats and they did fine for a winter like that. They could jump on the boxes still to lay on them and go inside and snuggle when it was really cold. Worked good for a quick fix. Your sheep are so beautiful!
