I am a bit shocked over A) Bradford Pears? They grow fast, will grow way too big, and the roots will knock over the fence within a couple of years. Code where I am at forbids trees within 3 feet of any property line.

I actually wondered about the trees, too. I've done landscaping and they always say to keep trees at least as wide as the canopy away from any structure. Well, if anything happens to that fence, Mike will be honour-bound to fix it.

Absolutely love your channel. The beginning of the episode, it was complete the kitchen. I get taking down the drywall to check the electrical grid. But.. then we move into the hallway, then we move outside to the door. You didn’t just reverse the existing door. Nope. A new one. Then we redo the patio. Then the fence. And on and on. Who can afford you.???? 😅

Our doors are all exterior opening. The reason is that our house was also a restaurant before. Laws forced us to put the door opening on the outside for safety in case of a fire.
