Mr. Holmes I really enjoy your your program. I used to be a general contractor and the funny thing is the way you do. Things is how I did things and I had customers that got upset with me because I wouldn’t change and just scab together. I don’t believe in that it causes problems down the road. I tried to explain that, and if they couldn’t get it, then we I couldn’t work for him

I am not a contractor let alone a handyman, but it is amazing that these so-called contractors take more time notching out a gap in a framing 2x4 to run wiring or PVC, when it only takes about 5-10 seconds to drill a hole thru the middle? Lol's

I worked on a house for a neighbor, one of her rentals. & I ended up jacking up the house to set new support beams in the basement, under the kitchen. She replaced me with a guy who ended up cutting through wiring with a Sawzall. 😂

The one thought that stands out is, the original company had been in for "years". That was one of the reasons they were selected. It is very apparent they have been doing subpar work for "years". How many families paid massive amounts to get inferior work?

These companies should be exposed for what they do to everyday hard working people. The laws of contractual responsibility should be enforced by the law to protect, prevent and ensure the rights of the people who choose to hire a contractor or company. In the case a contractor or company fail to complete home repairs or remodeling project(s). The client can take legal action against the contractor or company in accordance with amended laws of home repairs and remodeling contractual agreements with contractor or company to ensure the obligations are fulfilled by hired contractors or company. Also the client(s) should be able to file a claim to collect losses that incurred during contractual agreement with contractor or company and unused funds paid forward by the client to the contractor or company. All I know is that something has to change.
