One thing I noticed since I started using dandelion honey is that my hayfever is gone. I used to suffer from February to November and it has totally disappeared now. I like to pour it over my pancakes 😋

Great dandelion honey recipe. First of all, the place where you picked the dandelions is beautiful! I think I saw a lot of English daisies in the field, too? I would not have thought about boiling the dandelions with lemon, but I am sure it would be great. That one pot made a lot of dandelion honey! It would make the perfect gift, I think. Great work!
