Just his wide control of microexpressions, (haha the moisture in his eyes when getting chewed out by Giancarlo Esposito's character) always create in the viewer all kinds of spectacular combinations: empathy, sympathy, humour, fear, disdain... and always keep our attention and enjoyment rooting for this villain to both fail and succeed. Wherever this guy was before the show hope he gets lots of success whatever happens after, dude's a star.
