There is specifically ONE virus that can harm them and only ONE frequency that disrupts their movement.

I like how Omni Man defaults to a broad stance on the ground for maximum stability and force. He can fly, but it's not a crutch. Meanwhile Homelander just hovers there, not braced, not even in a proper combat stance. The body language shows that one is a skilled warrior while the other relies entirely on their powers.
