Thank you very much for this traditional recipe..could not do for diwali but i will try it soon. Meanwhile one suggestion.. printing ink used for newspaper printing is chemical... So plz avoid using Newspaper to seive the arisi maavu...use a cloth or stainless tambalam 😊

I tried this.. Came of very well first time. with the same dough i made adhirasam after weeks ( with the same dough only) it became harder when i kept in a box. First it epuld be hard only. Seconddday it would become soft actually. If doesnt doesn't become soft shat could be the reason. Can we rectify that by any means?
