Homemade basic vanilla sponge cake for beginners step by step

Homemade vanilla sponge cake:
Ingredients :
Step 1:
Egg 2 nos
White sugar 100 g
Salt a pinch
Whisk all ingredients until foamy and well combined.
Step 2:
Milk 100 ml
Vegetable oil 70 ml
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Mix in a egg better for 1 min
Step 3:
All purpose flour (APF) 160 g
Baking powder 10 g
Mix for 30 sec
Grease a pan with oil or use parchment paper for lining to the tin/mould , place inside a pot over the flame and bake for exact 40 min
A no fail cake will be ready to enjoy the family/ friends treat time..
