I’m definitely giving this recipe a try. Looked SLAMMIN! Though, I think I’ll cook mine with the SNS setup with the beans on the lower grate with the pork steaks above them so the beans can catch the rendering fat from the pork.

Actually there is a technique of soaking the beans in water with some salt and baking soda added. Turns out excellent results. Beans turn out creamier and less cooking time. Mighty tasty looking beans. Going to give these a try.
