DANG IT, you got me in trouble, LOL!!! Once you said Silvia doesn't like cooked vegetables, she turned to me and said "Why did you tell her that"? LOLOLOLOLOL! Hey Kelly, I don't own an air fryer, I live in the UK and they've been a bit slow to take off here, but am pretty sure your recipe would work in a fan assisted oven, will give it a go and see how it turns out. I've been cooking professionally for 35+ years (on n off) and one of my favourite restaurant starters back in my 20's used to be breaded mushrooms with blue cheese dip. It'd go really well with your mushrooms imho. Never know, I might even spring for an air fryer. ;) Thankyou, I like your style of cooking, and presenting. :)

I tried your Squash several days ago and they were great. I had some of the cornmeal and flower mix leftover. So yesterday I thought I would have your mushrooms. But I screwed up. I thought I had it down so I went ahead and used my mix from the Squash. Wrong. But no big deal. They were alright, but probably not as good as they would have been with your recipe. I think I'm going to watch your video on a grilled cheese sandwich and have one of those. That sounds pretty good.

Kelly, do you ever use mayo instead of fresh eggs? When I tried store bought mayo, it was too tangy like they put vinegar in it. But I’ve seen people make fresh mayo by just wisking up eggs. No vinegar or any other flavor. Would that stick to the food easier?

Hi 7heRedBaron. I actually just used mayo on some parmesan wings instead of eggs and it worked really well! You just need a little bit of mayo, you don't want to over coat.
