Laura, I've been a fan of this channel for about a year....I've watched every video (except the desert ones, I can cook...but not bake...yes I find the irony in that this is a bread video =) I've been in the military for 19 years and soon to retire....because of this channel and "Food Wishes" I've decided to go to culinary school and do something that makes me happy....I cannot express how much thanks I have for you folks for doing what you do and making our cooking lives just a lil bit more badass....I wish you the best in all your endeavors Take care, Billy

Just a suggestion.. You can put your dry ingredients on to a parchment paper so that when you transfer it to the mixing bowl you will not make a mess.. :)

Here's a tip: why don't you put the flour already in the standing mixer bowl that way you don't have to worry about spilling the flour? Lol you can just pop the bowl on after you show us the flour, but I'm pretty sure we all know it's flour lol.....just a thought! Loved the video none the less! :)

Laura, what kind of flour do you recommend for pizza? All Purpose or bread? Also, I finally invested in a baking stone but the only thing I can't get right is to have a crust that is brown both on the sides and underside.
