@nimarocks1 - With a small dough like that, the bigger paddle seems to work better, and fast. Even with any size dough, I do not have luck with the dough hook. The dough always rides up the paddle so I wind up kneading larger doughs by hand.

I make these crunchy yummies with nigella seeds & a twist of sea salt instead of sesame which I cannot digest. Nigella seeds are also great for blood pressure & diabetes!

@hotdrumchick - I've never made sesame chips but I doubt this recipe would work because of the yeast. You might get tiny bread rolls because they would rise.

When dealing with yeast, Salt is actually the controller. Yeast is a living organism, the sugar feeds it to grow. The salt is the controller so that it doesnt grow too much.

These are not grissini, only breadsticks, and they will burn at 400.
